As an Agile Coach at John Deere Financial, Elizabeth serves as a servant leader for several software development teams. She removes obstacles, helps navigate conflict and clarifies the value of each task. She is passionate about helping others grow and coaching them to work together creatively and efficiently to meet customers’ ever-changing needs. She has lived in Johnston since childhood. She is married and has three young daughters. This is her first year with the Johnston Chamber, and she is excited to learn about and support all the wonderful businesses in our city!
